Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may still request a return if eligible.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup and either issue a refund or send a replacement, as per your preference and availability.
